We collect information you choose to provide through the Academy Assessment, Contact form and your communications with BOSYX. If we offer resource or download forms later, we will explain what we collect at that point.
Depending on how you contact us, this may include the information below. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card information or other sensitive credentials through public forms.
- Your name, email address, business or academy name, website, role and optional phone number where requested.
- Your business model, programs and offers, and approximate numbers of learners, members or clients.
- The tools you use, challenges you face, capabilities you need, and plans for migration, customization or connections to other systems.
- Your priorities, timing, enquiry subject, message and any other details you choose to share.
Technical information
Running the website involves receiving technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages and request times. Our systems and service providers may process this information to deliver pages, keep forms working, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems.
Depending on the services enabled, traffic and performance information may also include referring pages, operating system, pages viewed, interactions and approximate location derived from an IP address. This does not mean every service collects every item listed here.

Academy Assessment and Contact information
We store Academy Assessment responses to understand your academy, assess whether the product may fit, review what needs to move or work differently, and prepare for relevant follow-up. We do not publish your assessment responses.
The public Academy Assessment is not intended to make decisions solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. It does not give you an automated qualification score.
We store Contact messages to respond to and manage the enquiry. Neither a Contact message nor an Academy Assessment automatically subscribes you to a general marketing mailing list.
Emails, follow-ups and future resources
We may contact you about an enquiry, an Academy Assessment, a requested resource or your expressed interest in Own Your Academy. That follow-up is separate from a general marketing subscription.
If we offer downloadable resources later, the form will explain why we ask for your email address and whether promotional emails are involved. Where consent is required, we will ask clearly and will not use pre-checked promotional consent boxes.
