These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the public Own Your Academy website at ownyouracademy.co, operated by BOSYX Technologies (“BOSYX”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

They cover browsing, using public features, submitting an Academy Assessment or Contact message, and accessing public content or resources when available. The website is intended for adults and business users aged 18 or older. By using it or submitting a form, you represent that you are legally able to do so.

These Terms are not the contract for a purchased academy. A purchase or implementation may be covered by a proposal, statement of work, software or license terms, hosting and support terms, data-processing terms or other commercial agreements. If those agreements conflict with these website Terms about purchased services, the applicable customer agreement controls for those services.

Own Your Academy is a BOSYX product for course creators, coaches, training businesses and related academy businesses. This website explains the product, how it can be set up and related services.

The content is general information, not a binding commercial offer or promise of a particular feature, price, service, custom change, integration or migration result. Capabilities can evolve and requirements differ between businesses. Specific commitments must be included in the applicable written customer agreement.

Screenshots, mockups, demonstrations and interface examples may show representative experiences or configurations. Your academy may differ because of its version, settings, agreed work, custom changes or connected services. These visuals are not contractual specifications.

Features may change over time. A website description does not mean every feature is included or automatically configured in every implementation, works with every outside service or will remain unchanged indefinitely.

You may voluntarily share information through the Academy Assessment to help us understand your business and requirements. Sending it does not create a contract or customer relationship, reserve implementation capacity or guarantee acceptance, product fit, implementation, migration, custom development, pricing, a proposal or a response within a particular time.

A commercial relationship begins through an appropriate agreement between the parties. We handle assessment information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

Use Contact for legitimate questions and business enquiries. Do not send unlawful or abusive material, spam, malicious code, confidential third-party information you are not allowed to share, passwords, API keys, payment-card data or sensitive credentials.

We handle Contact information according to the Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry is not the same as purchasing an academy.

Use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. In particular, do not:

  • Try to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without permission, interfere with the website or bypass security controls and rate limits.
  • Introduce malware, abuse automated access or scrape the website in a way that materially burdens it or breaks applicable law.
  • Impersonate someone, provide fraudulent information, infringe another party’s rights or use the forms for spam.

Unless stated otherwise, this website and its original text, design, branding, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to BOSYX Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Own Your Academy and its associated branding belong to BOSYX to the extent protected by law.

You may view and use the public content for legitimate personal or business evaluation of Own Your Academy. Except where the law allows it or we give permission, do not reproduce the website commercially, resell its content, copy substantial content for a competing service, remove proprietary notices or falsely claim an association with BOSYX.

We do not publish fixed customer pricing on this website. Pricing depends on what your academy needs, and an assessment or further discussion may be needed to define the work. Actual fees and payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Website content is not a binding price quote.

What can move depends on the source platform, its exports or APIs, the structure and quality of the data, technical limits and the work agreed. Some items may transfer directly; others may need to be rebuilt or set up again.

Website descriptions do not guarantee that every item can be moved. Migration responsibilities and the work included are set out in the applicable customer agreement.

Customization does not mean unlimited custom development. We consider whether a request is technically possible, maintainable, secure and compatible with the platform. Custom work must be agreed and may have additional commercial terms. We may decline changes that are inappropriate or incompatible.

An integration mentioned on the website is not a guarantee of compatibility with every third-party service. Providers can change APIs, remove features, impose fees, change terms or experience outages. We do not control those services. Confirm the specific connections you need in the agreed implementation work.

The website may link to or refer to other websites and services for information or convenience, including the BOSYX corporate website. A link alone does not mean we endorse all the content on that site.

Independent third-party providers control their own content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, terms and actions. We are not responsible for those independent services. Their use may be subject to separate terms between you and the provider.

You must have the right to provide information you submit. Do not share someone else’s confidential or personal information without authorization. Sending us information does not transfer ownership of your underlying business information to BOSYX. We may use it to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and for the purposes in the Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily suggest improvements or give general product feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you. This does not give us ownership of your confidential business information.

Public forms do not create a formal mutual nondisclosure agreement. Avoid sending trade secrets or highly confidential technical information through them. If detailed information needs special confidential treatment, an appropriate agreement and process can be arranged first.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOSYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising solely from using, or being unable to use, this public website. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so this applies only where legally permitted.

You may be responsible under applicable law for losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of third-party rights. This is not a general indemnity for every website interaction.

These website Terms do not set a dollar liability cap or other liability terms for purchased customer services. Applicable customer agreements address those services.

We may update these Terms as the website, business or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. We will provide additional notice of material changes where legally required. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Material commitments for purchased services remain governed by the applicable customer agreement, rather than a change to website content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer or other mandatory laws require otherwise.

The website can be accessed internationally. Nothing here removes mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law where those rights cannot legally be waived.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision at one time does not necessarily waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the general terms for the public website. They do not replace the separate agreements for customer purchases and implementations.
